I have been away for a while. The Flu hit our house, and hit it HARD!
My son, who NEVER catches anything, came down with it first, and then after laying with him all day and night, I caught it the next day.
My husband was next, and my daughter last. So in the span of 3 days- we were all down for the count!
High fevers, vomiting, coughing, body aches, headaches and all. We have been a pathetic bunch!
The worst part- it has lasted FOREVER!! Even after the fevers broke, and we could function again- the lingering coughs gave us all headaches and the boys both got double ear infections- their first ever! 
Now- after a full 2 weeks- the kids are back to school and we all are back to feeling human and functioning!
The bad part about being down for 14 days- is I feel like I have missed out on so much! My email account had over 2300 messages for me to go through, I missed volunteering in the kids class, the gym, and hanging with my girlfriends!
So- now that I am back among the living- I will be back in the swing of things and posting a lot of giveaways soon!
