With the New Year approaching- I am starting to think about the dreaded New Years Resolutions.
My #1 every year? To get in shape. Really good shape. To be trim, tight, and eating clean.
And then January 10th hits and I seem to be completely over it.
So, on that note-I am trying to ramp up my motivation for this year. Hubby and I created a challenge between the two of us to see who could lose the most weight before Christmas. I figure if I can win this short contest – I will be motivated to keep it going for the new year.
So on that note, here we go!
This is my goal. Healthy, fit, and toned.
I would not mind the hair either! LOL!
And I need to not write this letter in my head daily….
I say this every year. I can only imagine where I would be right now if I continued what I started last January. Damn!
I need to put this pic on my fridge to look at every time I open the door!
Wouldnt that be nice?
Just start! No one is watching. No one else cares, just do it!
