Here is my secret.
It is bad.
Did you see the episode on Friends- about Monica’s Secret Closet?
The one that was locked and no one could open?
It was her personal stash closet and a complete train wreck of a mess.
I have HAD one.
Here it is………………..
This was my stash.
Everything that did not fit perfectly somewhere in the house got thrown into this closet.
It got to the point I could barely close it anymore.
See the stuff peeking out the bottom?
Dying to escape the madness.
But-
I am happy to report- it is perfect!
I bought some cheap Storage containers and mixed them with the pink Canvas Boxes I had already. Now they are all labeled, organized by School supplies, Crafting supplies, kids school work, Inside decorations for every holiday, etc.
I would have liked to have all the containers match- but that will come later. For now- it is just refreshing to open those doors and not fear an avalanche! And with the handy dandy label maker- all is organized and I know where everything is.
I can breathe again..
I am so happy! This was one of my most dreaded projects for the year- and it is done- in Feb!!!
